In any case, an unknown should not be asking for these sums of money without solid security and a good audit. This and a trusted party holding BPOs as security would be the minimum requirement for me to even consider this as an investment oppertunity. These are terms that any unknown must accept when asking for any sizable investment. Once you have a history of handling investment well you may be able to get better terms, but not yet.

One other piece of advice I can give is: Plans are nothing compared to the importance of the person behind them. Invest in people, not plans or percentages.

I don't believe I have sufficient information to make a determination one way or another and until the OP comes back to answer more questions and probably modify his proposal, that is the way it will probably stay.

Eh, even then with the numbers so out of wack you have to suspect the acumen of the OP and whether any venture is worth the time invested. Oh yes, I agree absolutely. However, if I was holding the component BPOs and the jobs were being run while held in one of my shell corps (that I already use for this purpose) then I would stand to lose nothing and so my only risk would be that they do not pay out as much as I would like, which to be honest isn't the worst of my concerns here. I would only consider an invesment with someone of questionable ability (as well as trust issues) if the risks to me were reduced to zero. My gamble would be that the person turns out to have more potential than is displayed here.
